My story

I'm Tommy, and I used to be 65 pounds heavier.

I started at 211 pounds. I'm 146 today, and I've held it ever since. One thing the internet always forgets: that weight came off slowly, over a span of five years, not five weeks.

My results are personal, not typical.

But the weight isn't where my story starts. The heartburn is.

For eight years I had chronic heartburn. The kind that has you chewing antacids like candy at 2 a.m. and still lying there awake, burning. Doctors handed me the usual prescriptions. None of them fixed it.

Then one desperate night, I stirred a green powder I'd heard a few things about into some almond milk from the fridge. That night, for the first time in years, the burning eased.
